This place has a great location next to the train station, which was convenient for exploring the Christmas market and other markets in the area.

The hotel was nice and exceptionally friendly, we really enjoyed its amicable staff. We had newly remodelled and great-sized room with a bath. Everywhere there was clean. The property's location was fab, next to Birmingham for the Christmas market and the Christmas market.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Newly remodelled with decent size rooms
Great and friendly hotel. Particularly good setting. Rewritten: The Birmingham Hotel has recently been remodeled and offers spacious rooms. It's a welcoming and friendly hotel located in a great setting. I look forward to returning when everything will be sorted.

A pleasant and convenient place to stay for access to either city or airport. Rooms and facilities adequate and comfortable and at a good room rate for the area.
Limited food available and only in the bar. Not a good feature when thewre are few restaurants or other eateries in the immediate neighbourhood

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Food good - excellent breakfast.
Tired shower area, non functioning tv remote control, poor bar selection (only draught cider available). Location ok for overnight but otherwise isolated from leisure/shopping amenities.

The rooms were clean, the reception staff were friendly and helpfull, a lift to upper floors would be a bonus for elderly people.
The recption desk area was abit gloomy, could do with a little modernisation.

The Shower
Items on the menu that weren't in stock. Not all lightbulbs working in the room.

The only positives about the hotel were is price and it's proximity to the rail network. THe breakfast was adequate although the poor guy that was running about taking orders, cooking and waiting had his work cut out on his own.
The hotel was a little lacking in standard. Poor decor, thin walls, no tv remote. All little things but things that make the stay comfortable. I'm glad we only stayed one night. "Superior Room" seems to mean you get 2 extra single beds to take up the floor space.

Large, clean double bedroom. Half hour, interesting walk (or cycle) along grand union canal to the city centre. Interesting Asian area 10 mins walk away for resaurants etc
Very few facilities within hotel other than conference rooms. Narrow winding corridors with steps and no lift which seemed strange for a newish building. But not a problem for the able-bodied.

Comfortable rooms that come at a great price! You'll find a shower, bath, and even cozy armchairs 🛁🪑.

Rhe best thing I liked about the hotel was leaving in the morning!
Taxi drivers delivering carry out food to the bar! The breakfast! The attitude of the owner/manager! The unfriendly attitude to the whole hotel!
